Park Lane Residence

The Park Lane site, which was in a state of extreme disrepair, was cleared to make way for the construction of a new timber framed family home in Clifton Hill. The construction of the new residence involved an external double-sided fireplace that connects to the outdoor terrace areas.

The home showcases slate work and natural Australian hardwood claddings, which were used both internally and externally to create a seamless flow between the living spaces of the two-story dwelling.
