With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay, the Mount Martha Residence boasts blockwork ‘blade’ walls, exposed steel, and extensive timber battening and cladding.

The house seamlessly integrates a swimming pool between its living and kitchen spaces. Construction of the residence was a challenge due to the solid rock founding conditions, which had to be removed before building works could commence.
